Company unable to meet commitments at Christmas
After being guaranteed delivery by Christmas Eve, the pillow I had ordered as a gift two weeks earlier arrived on december 26th. This company’s inability to meet its commitment speaks to bad management and poor planning. Being offered a refund if the pillow was returned is not good enough. Every customer receiving a late delivery at christmas, after being promised delivered by Christmas should have received a full refund regardless of whether they returned their purchases. I doubt I’ll buy from this company again. It’s unfortunate, because the pillowed turned out really nicely.
